Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two convenient shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Salti Clothing purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
- Items must be in original condition with tags attached and unworn
- Original packaging should be included where possible
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear and swimwear unless faulty.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
- Request Authorization: Email our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order using the template below.
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in original packaging if possible, with the RMA number clearly visible.
- Ship Your Return: Send to our returns address using a trackable method (keep your shipping receipt).

Important: We cannot accept returns sent without an RMA number. Please wait for our authorization before sending any items back.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
- Your original payment method will be credited (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Exchange Process
- We’ll ship your replacement once we receive and process your return
- Standard shipping charges apply unless the exchange is due to our error
- If the replacement is of higher value, you’ll be charged the difference
