Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with tags attached and unworn. Please note:

  • All returned items must be in resalable condition
  • Original packaging should be included where possible
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear and swimwear unless faulty.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging if possible, including the RMA number clearly visible on the outside.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns address (provided with your RMA) using a trackable shipping method. We recommend keeping your shipping receipt.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
  • Your original payment method will be credited (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return
  • Standard shipping charges apply for the new item unless the exchange is due to our error
  • If the replacement item is of higher value, you’ll be charged the difference
